Others

"The Others" is the term coined by Zemi Dreigiau for Arweinydd who choose to remain undeveloped in the Arweinydd Dimension. The Others were first introduced as the Arweinydd who banished Zemi in the Dreigiau storyline as punishment for becoming too closely connected with the Earthians.

The Others originally posed a threat to the developing Arweinydd on the Blue Planet due to their rigid idealism. They believed that all Arweinydd who connected with living worlds and Earthian invited the dangers of Chaos and Creation, the forces they associate with the cause of the Mistake. The Others believed any Arweinydd who strayed too far from the norm should be captured, brought back to the Arweinydd Dimension and Remade.

Over time, the Others have made amends with the Patron Arweinydd, most notably by communicating through their representative Mote. While the alliance is somewhat uncertain, the current state is one of peace and acceptance between the Others and the Arweinydd who choose to live on the Blue Planet.
