DrakeDrake the Hunter is a Lunarian Nullifer who has an extreme dislike for dragons, Crystal Masters and Half Lunar abominations. He has followed KluYa through time and space to the Blue Planet with the purpose of his elimination. Because he is immune to magic he presents a potent threat against the Ya family. Comics: 9 |
Professor KoryProfessor Kory is a travelling scholar who just happened to have close encounters of the weird kind. His main focus of study was the Red Moon… before it left the Blue Planet’s orbit. Down on his luck with women, he turned his attention towards freeing his long time friend, Aiden KluYa, from the curse of Mt. Ordeals. As cruel and back-handed as it is, have to admit: that was a very cunning ruse. Zazo gets exactly what she wants and Drake too, with no dragon (or scythe-wielding miniature murder machine) in the way this time.
Let me guess: the Ya’s were not clever enough to bring a Cecil or two?

On the flip side, Zazo’s putting a lot of trust in Drake to stop them (I think), because if he doesn’t, she’s going to have one very mad sygnus-half after her. Not to mention Tai’s reaction as soon as he finds out.

Zazo has to eventually pacify Drake by fulfilling her promises to him. But, I agree. She’s a bit too focused on what she wants to stop and wonder if Drake is really all that loyal to her cause and desires.

Ya’ know Drake looks really old. I think it’s his expression combined with how gray his hair appears compared to when we last saw him.
Is there any particular reason his warpaint-stripe-things look blue now? (opposed to the green they were earlier)

I think I remember you mentioning that before. Still mildly surprising though.
I’m really starting to wonder how they’re going to get out of this, seeing how everyone present has already proved to be rather ineffective in fighting Drake…but thankfully it’s not too long until the next update so not a terrible wait for answers unless the scene changes. (it doesn’t does it?)
