Thanks for all your support, everyone! Nanowrimo was a very, very tough thing to do… but I stuck with it. As for releasing the story… eeeeeh… It’s definitely pretty messy.

Cids analytical skills could be invaluable, if you could explain the situation to him without triggering his temper. lenora would be optimal for approaching him. additional: whatever people may think of kain, getting him and especially blue could greatly assist in improving the BP earthians opinion of dragon-kind in the long run assuming a favorable outcome to the current crisis, especially if the others are convinced to help.and kain does not rely on magic. next to your sister, Drake poses the greatest threat to your magically-inclined allies. Direct attack relatively likely to fail based on currently available data. be creative. i once heard an old story of a group of adventurers who were forced into conflict with the army of an veridian warlord. during the fight with him, most of the group were incapacitated, and the sole functional member was armed only with fire magic, and his opponent was wearing armor crafted from the hide of one of our kindred. the mage’s response?casting True resurrection. on the warlords armor. think outside the box.

I hope Zemi will contact Tai in personform and not with mind-call – he hates it.
And I suppose Ben will be the one to contact Zeb? It’s about Miran, so Aiden should be the one to do it, but… you don’t usually wish for fireworks in a factory, do you?
Still, I’m afraid Zazo is too powerful even for half-sygnus, and don’t suppose they will ask Cecil for help.
Even if they got upper hand, she can not only hurt hostages, but also she can slip deeper into chaos to obtain more power – and nobody wants that.

Zemi’s expression in the first panel really struck me as well done. I guess because of how well it portrays dismay, but I dunno. :/ *shrugs* I lack good discriptive words for why.
Also am I reading to much into this or was the way Zemi’s eyes went from a bright teal to this much darker blue-green and how his hair changed from tones of yellow & red to blue & purple significant/intentional? I mean if you compare Zemi on this page to Zemi on page 30 of this chapter it’s a rather noticeable change.
