Deep down, he seems to be. Even though he obviously has deep reservations against arweinydd, he clearly showed sorrow and compassion when Zazo defeated Zemi. Not to mention the fact that he clearly has no loved for his Marked status and he seems to still like Ben…and was aghast at Zip’s change.
Yeah, I pick on him too, but I’d be willing to look “up” to him all the same as a benevolent person.
