I guess I am missing the point in this story line. But there have been a few chapters like that. . Oh well I still like the art and look forward to gaining understanding.(with my luck it will be sometime three chapters from here.)

Basically… Chaos (which has taken the form of Zerom here) has created this dream for Zazo to show her what she can have if she chooses to embrace the power and temptation of Chaos. Which is, of course, not a good thing for her to do. But she’s not quite aware of all that yet.
It also signifies that the things Zazo has been doing lately has gained attention from Chaos. So much that Chaos wants her to be its next vessel.

That’s right in Dreigiau during one of the more eventful battles near the end (think it was around when Lucci was being tracked down) Tsuya noticed she was becoming more chaotic as she battled against Zeromus’s soldiers. That turning point would explain how it got in here so easily now.
