Location: Dream Dimension
Zemi: Champion? I gave that up when I was remade. *nose in the air* You were right all along. Who needs those pathetic Earthians?
Zazo: Well, you simply had bad luck. *waves him off* It’s not my fault that you picked Zento and ended up with a broken-down Champion. I just managed to pick the best one. *shows him TsuYa* Much better than Zento! In all ways!
Zemi: I see. I wish I had listened to your great wisdom a long time ago. Please, forgive my ignorance, sister. *bows low to Zazo*

Hmm… an interesting twist to the dream, here…

I know it seems somewhat random, but we ARE going somewhere with this. I promise.

“Dream Dimension?”
Hmm.

I think we are watching an “it was all a dream” type trope here. Doesn’t seem like the real Zemi there. That or he somehow discovered sarcasm and it isn’t coming through that well in text.

Yeah, he honestly sounds . . . a bit like Zazo. I hear him talking with this snuffly butler voice on this page.

Considering the Zemi on this page says that he’s been remade (which is what Zazo wants him to be), it can’t be the real Zemi. ^_~
Consider this Zemi like a reflection of what Zazo WANTS him to be… just like she wants Tai to be in love with her… and for everyone to do what she tells them to do. XD

If Zemi was remade, wouldn’t he loose his name and dragon form?

Possibly, though I think that the Others would still call him Zemi, so he’d keep the name. And the Dragon form… well, that’s something he identifies with internally, so even if he was remade, I think he’d eventually return to a dragon form. Hard to explain.
In this case, remember, Zazo doesn’t really know all the implications of remaking. This scenario is created through her beliefs and limited by what she understands (or doesn’t understand).

I’m waiting for doggy treats to rain from the sky any second now…
I love how Tai’s face is just so obviously brainless here.

I just find it interesting how the dream has gotten less and less realistic as it’s gone along. At first it almost could have been Tai and Zazo talking. Now, it’s clearly Zazo in complete control. The question is, is this just the natural progression of the dream, or something more…?
