Location: Dream Dimension
Zemi: *suddenly pops in, interrupting, looking all bright and shiny and spirit-dragon* There you are!
Zazo: AHHH! ZEMI!
Zemi: What are you doing with that Earthian, sister?
Zazo: He’s my champion! He’s loving and adoring me like champions should!

So, Zemi gets to break it to Zazo that she is actually making brain-dead zombies?
Also, since when did Zemi call TsuYa “Earthian”? It seems a bit odd.

Probably should wait for more of the story, but what is confusing me is the lack of using TsuYa’s name and using the general term “Earthian”. Zemi is friends with the Ya family, and so it would make more sense to be a situation of ‘what is my sister doing with my friend’s son’ rather than ‘what is my sister doing with this Earthian’. Of course there are thousands of possibilities why Zemi wouldn’t use Tai’s name, including it being a dream Zemi instead of an actual Zemi. Now I am creating dream conspiracy theories. >.>

You may be closer to the truth than you think.

And for some reason I now have images of Zazo in her human form riding on a dream-Zemi’s back while he is flying pulling Tsu along by the hair. -_-;;;
Well luved! Give More?

Maybe since Zazo is pretty much shaping this dreamscape–I mean, with the Tsu-mind-control and stuff–this is more her interpretation of Zemi than real Zemi, and so he’s just serving as a device. Maybe her subconscious or something. I dunno. -_-;

I would agree that this is probably Zazo’s interpretation of Zemi, seeing as how Zemi’s in semi-transparent Arweinydd form. Zemi (at least from what I’ve seen) seems to prefer his human and dragon forms, and even when he was fighting Zazo before, he certainly wasn’t transparent.

Remember, Zazo’s goal is to take the flawed Zemi back to the Arweinydd realms and have him Remade, for his own good.
She believes that his eccentric activities with the Earthians have corrupted him. Only by removing his physical attachments and wiping his emotions and memories does she believe Zemi can be returned to his proper being.
Here’s some more info on that: http://www.wayrift.com/wiki/index.php?title=Remake
Funny thing is, she’s doing the same things that she thinks Zemi should be Remade for, and possibly worse. ^_~

Weeell, if this is really just a dream, Zazos subconscious may be wiser than I expected. At least if this DreamZemi is going to point-out that she already broke her toy, and she may not like it anymore..
If it’s not dream: Zemi the saviour!

Oh! It’s Zemi! Save the day Zemi!

Not this time… it looks like he’s only going to make things worse. Chaos is fueled by self-conflict, isn’t it? And you remember the chapter title? And finding the situation reversed from reality, with her being less of a proper Arweinydd, and Zemi being more like one… don’t you think that would mess with her head a little?

Also, looking good there Tsu. That whole “brainless slave” look seems to work well for you… ^^; please don’t kill me.

I guess this throws my theory out the window, which was that Tsu was defying his own blunt nature to play along until an opportunity came for him to run away… : P

Imagine if She found a blank-canvas wayrift pocket. Then Flee.
