Introducing:
Chase Wescott- A young orphaned Baronian Page who has been adopted as Ben’s son. Though he is only 9 years old, he is a quiet, well-behaved child who sometimes seems wise beyond his years. He possesses gold colored eyes that are rumored to be able to see only the truth.
hehe, the first panel gave me a good shock there. I literally caught myself saying ‘whoa, Ben has arms’. Hehe, I’ve never seen Ben without longs sleves and gauntlets.
I like the general look of this page too. Especially the first panel, Ben really pops out at you and he looks so peaceful. Good art here Wren!
btw, what’s the tattoo on Ben’s hand for?

Thanks for the comment, Pen! Yep, you are the first person (I should do something special for that). And, yes, Ben has arms under all those robes and stuff… As for the mark on his hand, it was a brand that he received during his time in Zot… it sorta translates into Zemus claiming him as property. Which is probably a reason Ben does keep his hands covered. He doesn’t like people to see it.
