Okay…so I was flipping through some side art on another comic’s site when I saw this…and I can’t believe I never saw the parallel of pancakes! they must be some sort of webcomic running joke that i’m missing or something…

Hmmm, I can’t decide if it is a good thing that Zemi is becoming more Earthanydd than Arweinydd. For one thing, having to feed the Lord Dragon doesn’t seem like a good thing. Is it going to be necessary for Zemi to eat now, even if he is still part energy?

Once he starts eating, he’s going to have to keep eating. In time, his form is going to become more solid and not so much energy. He retains his ability to shape-shift into a dragon, but none of that sparkling light thing like he used to.

Hopefully that means the getting-shocked-by-water thing goes away quickly too, since drinking is just as necessary as eating…or has the fact that he hasn’t tried drinking anything yet mean he doesn’t have to yet?

Some Arweinydd go through a “settling” time when they are influenced by the expectations of people around them and are unsure of which forms represent them best. This is usually a characteristic of a undeveloped Arweinydd and does pass with time. Zemi’s already gone past the “Settling” period, despite all of our jokes about fluffy white couches. XD
After a certain point, an Arweinydd’s forms become set. Most Arweinydd seem to have two forms — a person form and an alternate/animal form (there are exceptions, though).
These two forms tend not to change too much, except in the case of Chaos or Creation effects. The “person” form usually represents a vanity form — meaning the Arweinydd chooses what they want to look like, usually based on the people the Arweinydd wants to fit in with. (Must be nice)
The alternate/animal form is a bit more of a natural form that tends to represent the Arweinydd’s personality. Somewhat like a representation of the “True Form,” this isn’t usually something they choose. But since it’s a creature true to the Arweinydd, they don’t tend to mind the lack of choice, as they are comfortable with the form naturally.

We just haven’t done any lately. We tend to try to stay away from the favorite character polls though. We try to concentrate more on aspects of characters that people enjoy.
