Size has nothing to do with age, experience, or intelligence. As such, Tai can call Ben a kid. ^.^ Not to mention, it is normally not a good idea to contradict someone who is stronger than you and can kick your butt, especially over something that isn’t worth dying over.
Tai is looking like he is going to slap Kip silly though. I find that slapping people on the backside of the head works better. Tends to jog memory. Slapping Kip back and forth could wake him up a bit. Though I am not sure if Tai would rather Kip stays in shock or come out of it. Coming out of shock would provide a better fight, but might not get the point across as well.

GIven that Tai is pretty much the OLDEST non-Arweinydd character in Wayrift currently, he can call just about all of the characters kids.
I believe he is second only to Aur at the moment.
While Aur is not an Arweinydd, he’s also something along the same lines in origins. I think Al was saying when it comes to pure Earthians, Tai is the oldest around.

And besides, Aur’s been ‘reborn’ a bunch of times, so he hardly counts.

Tai’s seen Kip messed up physically before… he’s just never seen Kip aggressive like this. He definitely knows something is wrong with this picture. Kip’s a weirdo, but he’s not cruel by nature. Especially not to someone like Ben, whom Kip taught as a child.
You’d think the eyepatch and metal plates might be a clue. And didn’t the OMEGA treatment make him taller?

Tim –I’m glad you liked it! I’m not sure I’d call it a poem though, it’s a spoof (kinda) of “You Can Call Me Al.”
Tai could even call Kip kid, at least in jest, since he was an adult when Kip was a kid, and Kip is a contender for second oldest mortal. The thing that has to be bugging Tai is that Kip used to protect Ben from him, and now he’s attacking him using innocents as cannon fodder. Pretty much the opposite of the Kip Tsu once knew.
