Leona: Heeeeelllo! Do you realize that we’re fugitives from the law? If the other Cecil loves his sword as much as our Cecil, we’re dead meet!
Kory: We’re safe… unless he checks out “Dimensional Travel for Swordies in 24 Hours.”
Ben: Ohh… I haven’t read that one.
Leona: *waves her hands around* You don’t know Cecil. He has Paladinly Super Abilities.
Kory: We have bigger problems. *sighs* Somehow, Aiden’s very essence has been fused with the crystal core of this sword.
Ben: I’ve had some experience with crystal work… but not one that’s been converted into a holy blade. I can’t even touch it without being burned.
Kory: I don’t have a single clue of how to even start with this! *headdesks*
Leona: Why don’t you ask the dragon? He’s fiddling in the kitchen!

Ehhh! Benny luv! *glomps Benny*
good idea Leona. So, who wants to go tell Zemi that his son is stuck in a sword and might never come back?
I think there is never “never come back” with Zemi around
And by fiddling I’m guessing making a general mess and trying to guess what things are for.
Zemi: what’s this thing? A little white pod… *drops the egg, which cracks open* full of liquid… oops…
That’s actually pretty close to the truth!
*coughs* spelled meat wrong in the first panel
*does the typical girl the sight of the wayrift characters*
Misspelled on purpose. That’s Leona’s over dramatic spelling. ^_~
Fiddling in the kitchen…? Is that a good thing or a very, very bad thing?
My guess is that’s is an hilarious thing, which, regardless of the concequences is a very good thing in my book.
“Dimensional Travel for Swordies in 24 Hours”?
I want that book!!!
Ahahaha! Good idea, Leona! Ask the dragon! That never occurred to me…
…Zemi got back? I guess he got back. He can do that sort of thing, I suppose. XD
WHEN did he come back??
He probably went back right after his discussion with the Dragons. It’s the only safe place he knows to go. And once he’s been somewhere, he can pretty much rift there without issue.
That’s right, Zemi is even more experienced than Ben is with Rifts, so why doesn’t he check out that big mysterious one?
I have a query: Since KY is crystal master, wouldn’t he be able to do something about his own imprisonment? I’m just finding it difficult to believe that someone could get trapped in an object composed of an element of material that they specialize in magically manipulating. At the very least he should be able to manipulate the sword itself and like float around and/or talk to people and stuff. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if Cecil got the sword back and he was still doing that.
KY In sword: *Float* I am the Spirit of the Holy Sword!
Cecil: (O.o)
or, even better:
KY in sword, floating: “Cecil, i am your father.”
There’s been past suggestions that Crystals are a Crystal Master’s biggest weakness…
Beyond that, I’ll have to nudge Syn to answer.
-scrolling around page- -something clicks in brain- OH so thats where this week’s “caption this” comes from! doi! epic…why do i have a bad feeling about Zemi in the kitchen? especially since he doesnt eat…right? he doesnt eat? so he cant know the different tastes of food…id be kinda afraid to eat his food. and i ate something that a chemistry teacher pulled from the prep room…hey me and like 10 other kids AND the teacher all ate it, so if i stop posting here…im sorry.
how did Zemi get back anyways? or why? i mean i know he escaped and all but did he like meet up with the group? or did he just decide “they’ll make their own ways back to the cottage.”? and if so…where’s Tai?
Nope. Zemi doesn’t eat. So he certainly doesn’t know much about food. On the other hand, he will eventually become one of the best chefs in all of Wayrift-dom. He just needs time to experiment.
Zemi got back by rifting. He can be where he wants to be. ^_~
And Tai… well… you’ll have to wait to see about Tai.
Leona is having sensible ideas? What’s the world coming to?? XDDD
You should ALWAYS ask the dragon. Because, well, their opinions matter more than any old puny human’s.
Didn’t the sword kinda come FROM Zemi . . .? I mean, Cecil’s Paladinny powers came from his dad, so the paladinny sword would have come from either KluYa or Zemi, right? Or am I forgetting something, because I haven’t played the game in a while and I don’t remember where Cecil got that sword XD
Either way, yes! ASK THE DRAGON!
Also, love Lory’s face in panel two
<.< *ahem* 'Kory's" face, not Lory -.-;
The sword was created by KluYa (in both dimensions). It was given to Cecil by KluYa on Mt. Ordeals. So you’re on the right track!
On second thought, what are they going to think about Zemi’s opinion when he doesn’t even know what milk is?
*snerk*
