There are some times when it’s really, really hard to wait to post an update. This page was one of those for some reason.

Really all Cecil can tell him to do is to stop REACTING to his thoughts. There is fairly little he can do keep him from reading them. And isn’t that mind magic? Those mage-locks seem to let quite a bit through…
You’d have to ask Syn more about it, but I believe most of her Lunars are mind-sensitive by nature. It’s not so much mind magic as it’s just the status-quo for her Lunar race. So Zeb has a bit of that (though he has mind magic, too).
If that makes any sense.
I don’t know about Sam, but it makes perfect sense to me. It’s an innate ability, not a school of magic.
In my opinion, I don’t think Zeb would need to be a mind reader to know what Cecil’s thinking. It’s kinda obvious from the expression and a bit of deductive reasoning.

I totally knew that, its just that, I, uh, didn’t want to admit it… No, I didn’t remember her title at all actually. I just remember her as the crazy lady with the box. “Put you hand inside the box.” “Uh, yeah, about that… no.” (That’s not what he said, but I bet he was thinking it though).
I’ve heard people say that movie was terrible. But I kinda like it (a lot). The lines in that can be pretty good sometimes (Great). “I will kill him!!!!” (classic, eh?) “This is genocide, the complete… blah blah blah” “Fear is the mind killer…” “Bring me that floating fat man, the Baron.” (I love that one). “He who controls the spice, controls the universe!” (replace spice with… what I wonder?). And the giant worms. Goodness knows I love the giant worms.
