Guard2: I heard that there was no body to Golbez… like he was a walking evil-spirit in a set of armor.
Guard1: Maybe… King Cecil didn’t kill Golbez…
BSC: *appears* I think that idle guards should get busy before I assign them to welcoming duty… right outside the castle gates.
Guards: Your Majesty! *thinking of standing at the gate saying “Welcome to Baron” over and over and over again*
Guards: *scramble away*
BSC: *watches them with a quiet look, then pulls out a key to the cell* ~For once, I am glad that my personal guard has fallen asleep.~

I like the myth about the haunted armor. It WOULD make Golbez rather hard to kill…
I always feel bad for the guards that sit at the gates and welcome people. It seems a mind-numbingly boring task.
And Zeb is probably really hoping that BSC won’t take off his helmet. I think he likes being able to walk through town without being beheaded.

Yeah, going there all alone.. but Zeb can’t do anything, while in magelocks, can he? At least anything to harm this awesome Paladin … or to harm his own beloved brother
If BSC took off Zeb’s helmet, he could see that Zeb is just big sad softie in spiky skin
Of course, Zeb hopes it won’t happen 
In other hand – nobody knows Zeb without armor, do they? So just hide armor and he is anonymous!
BTW Cecil IS awesome on that second-to-last panel! Somewhat … malicious???

He’s certainly less dangerous with mageloks… but i think we can even the odds a little… remember where we’ve last seen Cecil’s sword?

The guards’ eyes in panel 3 look sort of creepy, but they make up for it with their little scrambling scene.

Personal guards are always so annoying… trying to keep you from doing anything interesting, insisting on seeing every room before you… not that I would know anything about having bodyguards…

Huh… Panels 2 and 3 look like they’re one. It’s probably because of the bars in the background, which look similar to the division between panels.
