Hooded Figure: These are my associates. *to the guards* Associates. You can go now.
Guard: Yes, Ma’am.
Hooded Figure: As for me. Let me introduce myself. *pulls back the hood* I am the great and magnificent Fang!

Fang must be a pretty powerful mind mage of some kind. She’s immune to Kip, she can hypnotize guards, and if that doesn’t work, put them to sleep… at least, that’s what it really seems like she’s done here. I suppose she could have paid them… but… somehow that doesn’t seem likely…
