Scholar Adviser: *has a bump on his head* Your Majesty… I wouldn’t stand so close to that creature. Dragons are known to be violent, evil beasts.
Zemi: *gives the Adviser a tired look and a snuff*
Edward: Nonsense. *opens up the cage* I sense that this one means people no harm.
Zemi: *perks his ears up*
SA: *mutters* That’s what you said with the Antlion…
Edward:*thinks about the antlion and how he nearly got pwned* This is different… *looks up at Zemi*

*insert fangirl squee here*

E:… oops?
Z: Urge to step on squishies rising… Especially the ugly scholar.
E: Er…

Zemi’s look in panel two is priceless!

Is that a bandage on the scholar’s head from getting kicked by Kory after Zemi mind wiped him?

Yes it is. ^_~

Nice. I can’t believe I noticed that. Usually that stuff escapes my attention until someone else comments on it, then I go back and am all like “whoa, I suck at Perception checks”. And yes that was a D&D reference, and I don’t even play D&D. I just read a D&D based comic, and want to play D&D so very much.

I can tell you ALL about D&D…

Why does your statement frighten me? O.o

I’ve been playing D&D for the past couple of years, but my current main is an elf archer in 4th edition. My dice love her.

Most of my characters that I use a lot started out as D&D characters. Dice love Garkhen. Really, they do. I’ve scored more critical hits with his mace than with my dual-sword wielding ranger.

Well, my ranger has shot more crits than any of my other characters. In fact, one of her attacks has earned the name “twin-crit” instead of “twin-shot” because of how often she has gotten two crits on the same round with that attack.

Yay for continuity

You should take a look at my Dwarf Fighter.
He almost have the Int score of a bad wizard!

I also wanted to say that Zemi’s “hunter is not only exception for no people eating” expression at the scholar’s comment in panel two is great. The chibis in panel four are hilarious (antlion…Heh, this amuses me), and the afore mentioned bandage gives me the giggles, and lastly: ZEMI’S AWAKE! *offers pile of poptarts on a platter*

I love the *door open!* effect. It’s funny ‘cuz itz obvious, aye bro!

i dont think theyd react well if zemi suddenly turned chibi on them…tho if he were in his chibi form he’d be much better percieved as not dangerous…or if he were human but i think theyd react worse to that than chibi…itd be funny to see their reactions if he did either tho

If I were Zemi, I’d go Earthian on them. Just to trigger some unhappy memories in the scholar and freak him out. Stupid silly scholar scum… Erg. There I go with the alliteration things again.
