Silver: ~The story goes that a dragon destroyed his original home and left him orphaned as a child. It was a dragon sent from the enemy, who was the absolute darkness. To hide its dark nature, the darkness become a great-dragon of light.~ *looks Zemi up and down* ~A dragon that seems to fit your description…~
Zemi: It wasn’t me! I wouldn’t do something like that to Cecil! : O
Silver: ~I believe you. Your deeds have been seen as good in the eyes of the humans.~

I love Zemi’s “ZOMG, it wasn’t meee!” face. I think Zemi making any face is hilariuse.

No one can take Zemi too seriously. I don’t blame you… neither do I.

For your information, I take him QUITE seriously.

Sometimes.

Right, so instead of just Cecil’s brother sending a dragon to kill him we get: ‘the guy who would have been his, like, grand uncle by sibling adoption (if he was in the other universe, but he’s not… and so this is really kinda pointless) sent a dragon to kill him and his family.’
Eesh, sounds fun. In other words… yeah that was kind of silly and pointless (cause this isn’t Zemi’s Cecil) but I enjoyed writing it anyway… Why? Because I’m weird.
Give Luv:

Uh? Canuovea? Who are you inferring that sent the dragon? Just a little confused.

Oh, sorry. Well not having played the original game I am assuming that it was Zemus, well Zeromus, being the “Absolute darkness” heh.
Hence my talking about the separate universe thing. If that had happened in the DS realm then Zeromus would have been Cecil’s great grand uncle (or something, given that in the DS realm Zeromus was Zemi’s adopted brother, and I have no idea what that would make him in relation to Cecil formally because I don’t want to look up familial relations on wikipedia right now).
Of course, this isn’t the DS realm, rather the BS realm, and so my whole point about my comment being somewhat pointless.
And I was responding to another guess on a previous page about why Cecil hated dragons in the BS realm. Something like “his brother tried to kill him with one.” So instead I replaced brother with great uncle… etc. knowing full well that BS Zemus is (in all likelyhood, I dunno) not actually related to BS Cecil.
And yes. It’s because I’m weird. Sorry about the confusion, that is really badly worded on my part (partially on purpose).
Give Luv:

Nope. There is absolutely NO relation between BS Cecil and the BS Zeromus at all. But you were right in assuming that the “absolute darkness” refers to Zeromus.

Zemi spazz whoa!

No. It would be frilly and pink and sparkly. Heh.

Hah, you obviously have not seen the drawing I did of Zeb as a dragon! I could always draw you as a frilly and pink and sparkly dragon though… *innocent smile*

That would be Kip’s style, actually.

How about we avoid talking about dragon-forms and my brother? It’s scary enough that he’s a half-ton black walking tank who can wave his hands and blow-up things. Then again, that is why swordies are superior. We can always lop hands off.
Mr. Tai… as a pink dragon… what is scarier is the picture that I saw of him dressed up as a cheerleader.

When I think of tai as a cheerleader, I think of the movie, man of the house(I think thats the right one, with tommy lee jones) lol…”This is my happy face!” I can almost see tai saying that…hehehe

Dragons? Well, I’d go with Balrog form myself. Then again I am a LOTR nut, and dragons got a bad wrap there. Lets see. First dragon… guy sneaks up to it and stabs it in the gut mortally wounding it (Glaurung was a jerk in the first place and deserved it). Most powerful winged dragon (Ancalagon)… beaten by some guy in a flying ship and a bunch of birdies. Smaug… beaten by a sore combination of a human archer, a hobbit, and a talking thrush. It isn’t as if Balrogs don’t get a bad wrap, but at least they were effective about it… Boss Balrog kills off two high elven high kings and another high elven lord (gets killed by the last one), he was more effective than Sauron was (that loser). I could go on.
Oh and don’t take this the wrong way BSC, I have a special place in my heart for swordies, really. Problem is they actually have to get close to crazy far overpowered mage to actually cause any damage. But I’d probably take ability with a sword over magic brouhaha any day myself. But really, why can’t I have both?
Give Luv:

That’s a good question that I never quite figured out. Most of my characters use a combination of weaponry and battle magic. ^_~
Give Luv:

I suppose the idea of a character being both a powerful mage, and a really good sword/whatever master is that there is the sense the character being far too overpowered. I never cared about that bit myself. If I can have someone able to cut 40 opponents into ribbons as well as burn their way through a mountain I’ll do it. You just have to set them up against something more dangerous in some way… eh, but really don’t listen to me when it comes to anything story related. Really don’t.
There is also the whole “magic takes too long to learn to train with a sword/whatever as well” bit. Just an excuse for lazy wizards I think. Also when characters make the stupid mistake of “Bah, magic is sooo much better, why bother with physical stuff?” That’s the lazy wizards being more honest with themselves.
My, I’ve been long winded this page… must have something to do with being not so visible recently, oh well.

As far as I’m aware, Zeb doesn’t have a dragon form. *grins* What was mean by Cecil’s brother tried to kill him with a Dragon happened in-game. Here’s a video from the group’s encounter with Golbez and his summoned Shadow Dragon (yes, this is the same Shadow that I write about in Shimmer).

Hahah… I don’t think so. That’s just the way they make boss battles out to be in the game. Why do you think both Syn and I poke fun at Golbez with Ben and Zeb’s great height/size. XD
