Zazo: *lays her head down, ears down too, actually looks sad*
Drake: Well, go. You’re the one who is good at interaction with… the female persuasion.
Kip: *folds his hands behind his head, casually strolling up to Zazo*
Zazo: *doesn’t notice Kip at first, just gives him the back of her head*
Kip: Mmmmmm..? *stops and just makes a quiet sound* What’s wrong? Are you not pleased with the power of this newest crystal?
I know that giving Kip the “shut up and go away before I obliterate you” glare would be in Zazo’s character, but I just can’t shake the feeling that we’re going to get an “everything’s wrong you half-wit!” glare/speech from here. If that doesn’t happen then it’s the first scenario, then comes the mind magic, then come good-bye Kip

I give him an A for effort, but a D- for attempting to make conversation with a cheesed off Zazo with the intent of using information gained to break free of her control.
I’d give him to the count of ten to run?
I also love the third panel with Kip’s wondering. It makes him seem so innocent and normal. And as we all know: The Cake is a lie.

from the accounts of what I’ve heard of zazo’s temper, I’d give Kip a 3 on the genious scale. But it is one that would appeal to zazo, so who knows???

I think Kip might care what she has to say once it starts ringing true to his own personal past experiences. There’s still a lot that Kip doesn’t know yet. ^_~
