This is because she is attempting to make Tai's ideal girl -- which would be of his people, a Nefolian (who are the same linage as my Lunars). They're basically the same type of people, just a different language. She could be refering to another thing that she has to do in order to get Tai. I'm sure that this is a flimsy theory, but it proves my point that she has not totally consented to the plan of taking an earthian form. Watch out peoplez!!
