I suppose we can forgive Ben from noticing… I mean, if he has white hair, and Zeb doesn’t, then maybe BS Cecil wouldn’t have white hair… I mean, we knew because we had seen him (or checked the cast page). And it seems that not only does this Cecil have a nasty temper he’s just a little bit of a hot head.
On a side note… where has drake gotten too?
On a second side note… And what’s the bard gonna do huh? Use singing as an offensive weapon? (Well maybe the song could be offensive, who knows?) If it were me though I could try that… though that would be more a weapon of mass destruction. Instant death for anything within hearing distance…
On a third side note… Yes Cecil, do ignore the, other, abnormally tall Lunarian with a glowing plate in his face… I mean really…
Art wise I like a lot of this, the expressions are all well done (Leona in the second panel for instance) and Kip came out nice too!
Well, BSC doesn’t know that Kip is a Lunar (he doesn’t look like one). And it’s true he should take notice of Kip. But BSC and Kip have one thing in common — Golbezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz issues. Maybe they should team up?
If you’ve ever played a game like EQ (EverQuest) or 4th Edition Dungeons and Dragons then you KNOW bards can be bloody strong! I still have my elf-bard from EQ hanging around in my head. Dual-wielding swords, singing to increase moral for her side, then healing afterwards, and that’s not counting the Dissonance Attack of DOOM!!! =D

First off let me say that I love Ben in this page (neh! neh! neh!) Have I ever mentioned that I do that to, even before I started reading wayrift? Also please note that we are contiueing the tradition that anyone on the good side, but outside the main group is useless because they constantly mistake the people trying to help them as enemies. Seriously, Kip’s eyes and plates are glowing with what I assume is crystal energy, and Edward practically threw the crystal to Zeb(Golbez to them) with his magical harp blast. So Zeb(Golbez) must be the culprit and is up to his old evil ways once again. Tough break Zeb.
Also, I still think you’re a bit even Wren. I personally want to see how Zemi’s going to avoid getting made into Zazo’s new purse. And where the hell did Drake go? If he comes out of no where and, I don’t know, kidnaps Leona again because everyone was to preoccupied to ask the same question I did, I am going to facepalm so hard my brain will fly out the back of my head.

Where has Drake gotten to? Ah so someone else is interested in the genocidal shorty’s location? Well, if I were him I would have gotten out of the way of the two glowing monstrosities just like Tai did. So did he hunker down? Or did he take the initiative like a good lil (ha! He is little!… Especially in comparison to Zazo…) minion?
And I’ve been thinking, maybe genocidal is a bit harsh for poor Drake, I’d simply stick to racist. Zeromus was genocidal. Also making fun of his height isn’t as fun as it is with Tai. Tai reacts more… Golly Gee, that sounded awful didn’t it? So did the golly gee bit…
Now, now… Syn tends to be the one to pace the plot and write the “meanwhile”… ^_~
Where Drake gone off to? and it makes perfect sense to concentrate on the ex-evil lord cecil when their an ominous kip right in front of you. And leona….your not helping.

Ben is afraid of Cecil from any dimension. Cecils tend to be scary because they’re stern and soldier-like. It’ll be a while before Ben is comfortable with a Cecil of any form. XD
Though if I remember rightly, BSC tends to like Ben quite a bit, even after he discovers that Ben is a Golbei from another dimension.
*snerk* Try not to get squished by Zeb there, Edward. The giant Lunar might not even see you as he strolls past, and those spike look rather… spiky.
Mmkay, so how many nicknames does this make for Kip? Plateface, Captain Underpants, I think that list is practically endless.
