DScholar: I see. Well, he’s very busy with other Royal meetings. I can get you in with the Steward maybe in a week. But the King is booked up, and scholarly exploits seem to be last on the agenda considering the state of rebuilding.
Kory: You don’t understand. This is a matter of national security!
DScholar: *unconvinced look* And what would you know about national security of Damcyan, considering you’re an Eblanian?
Zemi: He knows more than you do, apparently.
DScholar: And who are you?
Okay this scholar seems pretty dense, because when someone says that there is something going on related to national security and they happen to have, oh I dunno, three people with white hair, one being rather tall, another rather short and one that has fangs in his group. Shouldn’t that be setting off some red flags? I mean white hair… not exactly the most prevalent phenotype on the planet is it?
And asking the guy with fangs who he is… in what at least appears to be a somewhat disrespectful tone… Not smart. Not as if Zemi would eat him of course, but he might get a shocking answer. Staying tuned.
