I read all chapters in two days and I’m curious about something I’ve noticed… The oldest pictures are beautiful. But then, in 2005 they became… more simple. And some time ago they changed again – now they’re looking like every character has been drawn separately and then cut and pasted in one picture with the others. I wonder what happened? Is that “evolution”? I really like the first style of images…

Firstly, welcome to Wayrift, Katriona!
I’m sorry you feel that way as I personally like the newer style far better than my old — I cringe at most of the old art. The old style was drawn by hand and ink, while the new art has been drawn with pencil rough and then inked by digital tablet in Flash. This may simplify things, but it makes it faster and easier to produce three pages a week. The cut and paste effect is probably because I’ve been using a heavier outside outline around the characters in a more artistic/cell shaded style.
I feel like a cleaner, smoother style of art is evolution. But I suppose we are all welcome to our artistic preferences.
