Question: How old is Kip?

That’s a hard question to answer — he’s been around for quite some time, but I don’t know his exact age. One also must remember that Lunars age more slowly than humans.
He was a very young child during the Dreigiau storyline — he was born in the Nefolian era of my universe. He then became Runnian with the rest of the Nefolian refugees and spent his younger years growing up on the pre-Lunar planet. When the planet was destroyed, he spent much of his time in cold sleep on his own personal ship. When he did finally make it to the Blue Planet (Shimmer-time), cold sleep had preserved him, so he didn’t age.
He spent a few years on the Blue Planet before he got involved in Zot. Then a few years in Zot… but after he became OMEGA, he was, again, stored in cold sleep on and off (it’s all they could do to keep him sealed, as unstable as he was).
Current day Kip I would consider late middle-aged. He’s showing some signs of aging at this point, as you might notice. But he’s still got a lot of Lunar youth left in him. If you want to be technical, being born during the Nefolian era puts Kip older than FuSoYa. But because of bouts of cold sleep, he has some large gaps and freezes in his aging process.
