KY: *grabs Kory – forgetting the crystal – and leaps off with complete trust that Zemi will be right where he needs to land*
Kory: AIIIIDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNN!
Zemidragon: ROAR!!! *rises up next to the ship, swinging around to catch them*
Woot, yay for Zemidragon! Of course, they can’t place in the race now, but still awesome! I love the little faces on Kory, and Aiden’s pose when the shadow falls over him is great. And of course Zemi kicks butt, too! Zemi gets cherry Poptarts for perfect timing. *nod*

Thanks guys! This chapter starts to get fun for the next few weeks in a different direction. We’re all pretty much out of the race now… doesn’t look like ANYONE is going to place. Oh well.
I’ve been having to draw a lot of “little” characters like this lately for zoomed-out action scenes. I’m getting some practice doing it!
