Drake: *has an imaginary moment where he throws off his cowl, grabs Bradhoc and shakes him around at knife point* I’ll show you detailed expenses!
Kip: *grouchy look, pulls things out of his pockets and puts them on the table* We just got back in Baron. We don’t have a dime… nothing for food or lodging or anything else.
Bradhoc: That won’t be your concern anymore. *straightens, looking over the things Kip took* You’ve got good taste in pilfering.
Kip: Thanks. Comes with practice.
Bradhoc: I bet it does.
I find myself chagrined to be agreeing with Drake.
But he’s so right!
Oh, and I love Kip’s posture in that last panel.
I don’t feel the slightest regret in agreeing wholeheartedly with Drake. You should see the purchasing system at work *gnaws on fingers*
