Ben: *lying through his teeth… because he’s more afraid that if he admits that Leona’s protection is important to him, she might be in danger of attack* Of course not! She’s nothing but a mere human child! What care would I have for her?

Leona: Yeah! Ben knows how import- *pauses* WHHHAT?

Ben: She’s nothing… to me at all.. *adverts his eyes*

Leona: I’m telling DAD! You promised Cecil and Dad that you would protect me! *kicks Ben’s knee* I knew it! Going back on your promise!
