Drake: It’s already begun. He’s made half-breed offspring with the animals of this world. *grumbles* It will only get worse.
Kip: Benjamin wasn’t a bad child… *quiet*
Drake: KluYa wasn’t a bad person. Neither were many of the Crystal Masters that I dispatched. In the beginning. *turns and looks outside* In the end, they always went bad. And those that were not taken by the blade, or by the flame, were taken by the destruction of the planet. Only two remain… *doesn’t comment* I’ve taken many. KluYa is no different.
Kip: You don’t have OMEGA to blame… so what is your excuse?
Drake: For what? *shrugs* It is my mission. And my choice. No living world deserves our interference.
Kip: I disagree. But that’s just how I see it.
Drake: *huffs* You think this world is better because you came into it?
Kip: *looks at Drake* …
Drake: Well?
Kip: I don’t know what I think anymore.
Drake: *shrugs* I made my point.
Poor Kip… *glomps*
Though I do see where both guys are coming from on this, I don’t even KNOW whoes position I would take.
Not guilty until you commit the crime I say. You can’t judge people just because they are part of some grouping and all others in that grouping are bad. Every individual is different and ought to be judged on their own merits rather than the merits of those that have some sort of similarity to them.
*sigh* Drake makes me angry sometimes. I think I would get really frustrated with him, were we to argue about such things face to face. So fatalistic! He needs a smack to the head and a nice twinkie.
Two crystal masters are left…KluYa is one, but who is the other?
