Drake: Under that plated exterior, you are a broken man, Kip. Do you think that I have not seen it before? You lost everything with the destruction of the world. Many of my people share your fate.

Kip: …. *hands grip the controls tighter, gritting his teeth*

Drake: Perhaps your world was different. But in my world, my people did not deserve to continue on. They should all die.

Kip: The ones that died didn’t deserve death. *hoarse* And the one who remains… doesn’t deserve life.

Tasha: Yes, Wayrift is a collaborative work between two authors that is loosely based off of Final Fantasy IV. But it is our own work, stories, view on characters, and often original characters as well. FFIV is just a setting and springboard for our ideas.
