Ben: It’s true. Cecil’s going to corner me to find out what I know about this Dragon that came out of my room. And why… why… why…. did you make Chase break my piece of Incrytan!
Zemi: I had to… it was keeping me sealed.
Ben: Incrytan?
Zemi: Yes, the bit of the power that was left from the Crystals it absorbed.
Ben: How do you know about that?
Leona: Yeah! How do you know about that? No one is supposed to know about Ben’s giant piece of broken glass!
Zemi: Because… it was my son that created the Elemental Crystals. And I gave him my power, embedded into his creations, to help build the foundation of their power. I was linked to the Crystals of the Earth in the same way Luccious was to the Crystals of the Moon. I couldn’t be released until the last shard was broken. It was the only way we knew to seal Zeromus and the Dark Sygnus.

this totally reminds me that I need to finish reading Dreigiau and read Darkstar…
I just now noticed that Zemi has crow’s feet. X_X
Kumatsu: Unlike Dreigiau, it SEEMS like Darkstar is going to become a completed work within the year… as I’m currently writing the final chapters for it right now. It’s interesting because as I was drawing this page for Wayrift, it corresponded with things I was writing in Darkstar. XD
Even if Ben knows some of this information, Zemi still has to recap for the others. ^_~
Man, this isn’t making any sence! I really need to read Dreigiau and Darkstar!

I’m very surprised that the breaking of the Incrytan shard didn’t have greater effects– both for the world, and for Ben, considering everything that Incrytan means. (I suppose releasing an Arweinydd into the world does count as something major, but…)
This did just spark something in my mind about the end of Dreigiau/Runne/pre-Darkstar. I wonder if Zemi had KluYa create the crystals to seal Zeromus, knowing it would seal ZEMI as well…?

As for the breaking of Incrytan. *SPOILERS?*
It’s already broken at this point in Wayrift, beyond the point of actually being use-able or meaningful for anything. Ben simply had a remaining tiny bit of shard that was just enough to keep Zemi out of the picture. I’m sure Zemi’s been hovering around since the end of Darkstar… though he’s been cautious as to whether or not he should get involved.
Well, that’s what I get for falling behind in my reading.

Hahaha… well… there will be a pretty significant Darkstar update this week that will be (ironically) somewhat of a spoiler for Dreigiau. These stories do mesh together in the end. ^_~
I’m trying to think of a way to print Dreigiau in a way that saves paper and ink but it still legible so I can read it off-screen, and also without having to go to the library to do it.
