   Hahaha..Kip and the dragon’s expressions look almost identical. Great action panels here. You know, in the second panel, Drake really reminds me of Tsu. Wonder why?

   I’ve actually been on a creative streak this weekend! I’ve finished inking the next three pages of Wayrift… AND drawing, inking and coloring six pages of Shimmer. Shimmer tends to come in spurts like that. I can’t tell you why. I was just interested in this upcoming chapter. ^^

    Bex — It’s a little bit of both, actually. Wayrift scripts originated with Role Play chats between myself and Syn. Some of this material (or at least the concepts behind it) was written seven years ago. We have a pretty good idea where the development of Wayrift will go for quite a while… as the story develops in real time along with us. But for the sake of time, the comic often ends up taking snapshots of interesting storylines from these chats. There is no way we could draw out everything we’ve ever done in our RP chats!

    A lot of times what Syn and I tend to do is look back at old material, see what we can update and use, then script a chapter around those concepts. Sometimes, we do things out of order of how they actually happened, if they fit the way the comic is going. An example of this is introducing Kip this early… he did not exist as a character at all so early in the Wayrift storyline! And Zazo also did not play a part in the story this early. But because they seemed to fit the direction the comic was going, and because we thought people would enjoy seeing these characters, we scripted them in early.

    Syn and I script Wayrift by chapters, usually one chapter ahead of time. For example, this chapter is coming to a close fairly soon. We already scripted a complete Chapter 27 last week. ^_~

I kinda want kip to, (out of curiosity) shoot at drake with lightning and distract him long enough for the dragon to escape… but ah… no the dragons gonna die… I can see these kinda things… *spins around to see all of figys behind couch*

    *smiles REALLY big…* Yeah, I tend to be rather random about who I do that about… *starts mumbling “Gooolbezzz…”, “Zemiii…”, and “Kiiiippy..” under her breath, giggling* you get the idea… *for Bex’s benefit, she has a little silver, winged chibi setting up a cardboard box trap that says “Chibi Trap” with a big smiley face on it and has for bait a box that says “Favrite Fuds”… looks left and right…* You get the idea…

    agh!!!! I have the picture done but… no scanner in ohio!!!!!!! you guys have to wait until I get back before you see kip eye candy!… TT_TT agh! and its REALLY well done considering WHO did it… (me) nuuuu! I must find a random scanner!
