Drake: *walks into a cave which, as he passes through the mouth, magically changes into clouds and riftlands* Okay… I brought the dragon out. I had to retreat from the dragon.. instead of slaying them all.

Voice: *light shimmers down* Relax, Hunter. Everything is going as planned. The Dreigiau is freed. And with his freedom, comes my liberty…

Drake: *grumbles* What does that mean?

Voice: It means that you are that much closer to attaining your goals.

Mreph, out of all the characters in Wayrift I’m leaning towards liking his design the most; not the character himself, but the way he looks and the way he’s portrayed.
He grows on you. Like bindweed.

And DAMN are your hands perfect, Aywren. Grr.

Oh.. and thanks everyone for your comment about hands! Hands are really tough for me to draw, too. But I was pleased with the pose for Drake on this page. Glad that other people like it too! I’m just practicing and improving as best I can.

The only thing I will tell you is that you will find out in this chapter. If you pay special attention to what the voice says, you may be able to guess who it is before it is revealed. XD

I don’t think it’s Zazo, she wouldn’t let Drake attain his goals, would she? It could be Lucci, as that makes the most sense. But it -could- be Kaz…not likely though (but here’s for the possibility?).
