Drake: *walks over and stares at the screen*
Kip: I can’t believe they weren’t smart enough to change the passwords. Not that that would be a problem. I can hack anything.
Drake: An overreliance on magic and technology often makes fools of the beholders.
Kip: I don’t rely on it. I build it.
Drake: Explains a lot.
Kip: *looks at the status report of the tower* This Tower isn’t going anywhere… we’re pretty much beached. Too much damage. Flooding in the lower levels. A shame.
Drake: *brings up a flickery picture of Ben on one of the screens* This one… KluYa’s son.
YES!!! OMEGA is 1337 !!!1!!!eleven!!!!
And ZOMG *snerks at the Z* Kip smiling as OMEGA!!!
And now I wonder what the password is…
Fourth panel is d’aww. He looks so like Kip of old, for just a brief second… and then it’s gone.
Kumatsu: If it’s just those, the the object of his obsession fits well. Otherwise, I’m guessing it’s something along the lines of ‘Tsu is a…’ XD
Hah, Drake is a two-finger typist ^^ and Kip doesn’t even need two hands to get everything going; I like the comparison.
Also, seriously cute Ben. If a little mischievous looking for his own good. How can OMEGA want to hunt /that/ down? D:
OMEGA smiles. He smiles a lot, actually. It’s just up until this point, you’ve seen him angry at Zazo. When he’s not being zapped by Arweinydd, OMEGA is still very Kippish in his ways. He’s a friendly guy… unless you get in the way. And you’ll find over time that he has a lot of idealisms and sympathies of the past that are strange for a so-called “bad guy”. There are just some parts of a person’s spirit that even Lugae can’t overwrite.
Ven: Kip will explain things on the next page… about OMEGA and Ben and all such. Since Drake has a similar question… just without the cute statement. XD

I guess that in Darkstar (at least, what I’ve seen so far) Kip has spent most of his time very, very focussed on his goals - and getting all those annoying humans and Daear out the way. Seems like we’ve (mostly) only seen the OMEGA side, but now we’ve got the Kip side (and smile, to squeal fangirlishly over. If you’re me, anyway. ^^;)
I miss the good old days when these comment logs were forty comments long.
