KY: There is also my best friend, Professor Kory. Though sometimes, he is an odd example of a human. *points to a picture of Kory in a frame*
Zemi: You actually know a HUMAN-Earthian type? <: o
KY: Dad… my sons are half-lunars and half… human? o_O
Zemi: Yes, yes. I know that. I just haven’t had much direct contact with humans… under friendly terms, at least.
KY: Humans tend to be scared of things that are larger and more powerful than them. Including dragons. In the stories that they tell their children, big white dragons are known to eat misbehaved children, not even leaving so much as a clip of hair behind.

Aww… This page made me smile. (Until the dragons-eating-children part.) It’s touching how KY seems to eager to show his dad around, tell him about his life and his friends and family.

It’s true that Zemi did have a momentary good experience with Rydia during the summoning scene. Though on this page, Zemi said that he didn’t have “much contact” with humans on friendly terms. He didn’t say he never had any at all. So I think he’s counting that as friendly.
Poor Zemi…he looks really confused and freaked out on that last panel. Don’t worry…perhaps not all of the humans think this way?

Heh, Zemi looks so freaked out in the last panel. the fact that he currently doesn’t “eat” anything but light sorta makes the idea of him eating naughty little children kind of misguided, eh?
