Ben: *nods* Leona, take us the back ways. We don’t want to get caught up in the mess of guards.
Leona: Just follow me! *winks, hops out of Ben’s window and climbs down the trellises*

Kory: Oh… why does it always have to be UNSAFE with these people!
Ben: You’re perfectly safe, Uncle Kory. *climbs out too*
Kory: Perfectly safe… chasing a giant dragon… who wants to eat my Lunarian best friend… who is supposedly powerful. *thoughtful* Real safe there.
Well Safe as in you won’t fall down to your doom after all they need their Dragon Bait Alive and kicking.
When will they find out that the dragon is Zemi, Aiden’s father and Cid and Ben’s grandfather?

Who knows? The messed up English Translation of the latest version says… “KluYa had many children!”
(In that case… I just wonder what Cid’s mom looked like… Yuuuch!)
(Not to mention, there would be serious issues with Ben and Leona liking each other)

Ben calls Kory ‘Uncle Kory?’ But I thought he was Leona’s uncle???
Kory isn’t actually anyone’s Uncle by blood relation. It’s just a pet name more than anything else — you know, how younger people will call a good friend of their family “Uncle” even when that person isn’t really an uncle?
Most of the younger generation does call Kory “Uncle Kory”. Even Zeb. Though Kory was probably more of an Uncle figure to Zeb than anyone else considering he is KluYa’s best friend.
