Zeb: Hiiiiighwind… *shadows grow on all the walls around him* I am.. everywhere. *blast of lightning comes over Kain’s shoulder* You should have never thought that Golbez could be turned to the light.

Kain: *gets blasted from behind* Shiva! *hisses, obviously shaken* Gol… bezzz… *eyes back at the castle* ~Cecil… this is your brother… and it was your choice to let him come back here! So he’s your problem!~ *Takes off running down the path towards the castle*

Zeb: *laughs as he watches Kain run to the castle* Yellow coward! *sends a few lightning bolts at Kain in the distance*

Just a note… Kain did NOT wimp out of the fight here. In fact, he’s probably doing what he’s supposed to do in this situatuion by deciding to take it to Cecil. So what Zeb calls chickening out, I’d consider a responsible choice.

Funny, I wouldn’t have thought Kain would leave him. Oh well, reinforcements are good.

Kain’s not leaving Zeb alone… he’s sending men to surround him. And honestly, this IS Cecil’s problem. Kain can try to bring Golbez back with him, but Kain is also bound to protect the Baronian Crown — which Ben is a part of. But he also sees this is getting him nowhere to fight… so the logical thing is to put the choice in Cecil’s hands while assembling the rest of the guards to.

Yeah… I knew this page would need explaining. ^^;

Though not as much explaining as the situation will!

The best we can hope for is that Zeb’s helmet will come off and Sess and Kain and company will guess that he’s someone impersonating Ben. Which is perfectly true. When they find out the why and how of it, though…that will blow their minds…!
