Kory: I swear… twice the size…and twice the number! Ten times the trouble!

Ben: I’ll tell you what’s trouble. This place… where ever it is.. and not knowing how to get back. *pauses, looking at KY* …unless you’ve found something that I haven’t?

KY: I’m afraid not…

Leona: *grabs KY* What do you mean! You haven’t found a way out!

KY: Uh… *swallows* No…

I’m hazarding a guess here… Kory means that Ben is twice the size of Aiden and that there are two of him (Two Golbez-Zeb-Bens). Yes?

Aywren sez:

KJ: Actually, no one knows about Zeb yet. “Twice the number” means “two Lunars” — Ben and Aiden. Remember, he’s been dealing with one Lunar for many years now. So the addition of Ben would make twice the number! XD

KJ sez:

And ten times the trouble! XD
